RED SEA MOMENTS—PT. 1 Psalm 77:16, 19-20 NLT 16 When the Red Sea saw you, O God, its waters looked and trembled! The sea quaked to its very depths. 19 Your road led through the sea, your pathway through the mighty waters—a pathway no one knew was there! 20 You led your people along that road like a flock of sheep, with Moses and Aaron as their shepherds. • The reality for us today is this: You and I will always have Red Sea Moments in our lives, but God will always make a way even if He has to split the sea to do it. 1—Realize that God means for you to be where you are. Exodus 14:1-3 NLT 1 Then the Lord gave these instructions to Moses: 2 “Order the Israelites to turn back and camp by Pi-hahiroth between Migdol and the sea. Camp there along the shore, across from Baal-zephon. 3 Then Pharaoh will think, ‘The Israelites are confused. They are trapped in the wilderness!’ • We have to realize God either placed us where we are or allowed us to be there for reasons known only to HIM. • But the same God that led us in is the same God that can lead us out. 1 Peter 4:12 NLT 12 Dear friends, don’t be surprised at the fiery trials you are going through, as if something strange were happening to you. John 16:33 NLT 33 33 I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.
